We support two amazing non-profits who's mission is to assist police K-9's from across the United States.  K-9's United assists K-9 Teams by providing much needed equipment and training.  The equipment they provide ranges from vehicle inserts and heat alarms to keep canines safe while in the cruiser to kennels for the home and ballistic vests.
Brady's K-9 Fund was found by an amazing eight year old in Ohio and has donated hundreds of ballistic vests to K-9's across the U.S.  Brady's vest of choice is the LOF Defence Streetfighter vest.  This vest is designed to allow the canine to wear the vest for their entire shift.  The Streetfighter vest was the vest that Anouke wore during her career as a police dog prior to her retirement.
$2 from the sale of each Anouke gives thanks Fundraiser Bar is donated to K9's United.
$2 from the sale of each bag of our Fresh Roasted Coffee is donated to Brady's K9 Fund.
It couldn't be easier to help us support two amazing non-profits who assist Police Dogs just like Anouke!

This past weekend we brought home a new addition to the farm. Welcome Lucy, a two year old bred Holstein heifer to the farm!  Lucy came form a farm in upstate Connecticut and is already a wonderful addition to the herd. Lucy is due to have a calf in February and will be helping us work toward our goal of becoming a micro dairy.  Back in the 1800's and early 1900's our farm was a dairy with several cows in the operation and over two hundred acres of land. The property is much smaller now but the remnants of the dairy operation are still there. We plan on restoring what we can while still modernizing the dairy operation to conform to all the current dairy regulations. Currently our herd of four consists of Holsteins but we are planning on adding other breeds of cows. Our goal is to have the dairy up and running by February so we can bring the community some local fresh milk from our cows and from our goats as well.
