Hi, My name is Jen Johnson.
I have been a student of the horse my whole life and a faithful Parelli student since Feb 2001. I am not just a trainer who has been in horses her whole life and is teaching by my trial and error. (That method leaves severe gaps in training that can compromise safety!)
I have been to the Parelli International Study Center for a total of 9 courses, done several clinics with certified 3,4 & 5 star Parelli professionals and I have invested countless hours in over a hundred horses or more just since I started Parelli. My experience is one based in education! With the experience and education I have now as well as the time I have invested, I am more experienced than most Parelli 1 and 2 star instructors!
I can teach anything starting with the 7 games and work you on up through level 3 graduate! I have a number of students who I have assisted in achieving their level 1 and level 2 certifications. I also have a few students who are studying in level 3! My references include veterinarians, farriers, and other local trainers who are my own students teaching on their own. I have assisted the Naples Special Equestrian Center in problem solving with their horses and served as a guest trainer last summer. I continue to work with the Buckingham Special Equestrians in teaching the volunteers safety, horse handling skills and problem solving based on each horses individual needs.
Psychology of the horse plays the most important roll in horsemanship. Horses are individuals and what may work for one horse might not necessarily work for another. In Parelli we don't believe in "cookie cutter" training. Just as not all children learn the same way, neither do horses!

If you dont have a horse, you can come out to my place in NW Cape Coral and learn before you buy! It is actually the smarter way to go. You should know what you're getting into before buying a horse. I can teach you the physical, emotional, mental and financial responsibilities of horses so you can be an educated buyer.
